Policies:
Welcome to CasaBella! This home has been appointed with care in order to provide the comforts of home to the weary traveler. In Mexico, natural resources are not plentiful, and we ask for your consideration in the careful use of electricity and water. The following is a list of "House rules for CasaBella" (and travel tips):
- CasaBella is a super-clean and comfortable appointed property. Guests understand that this priceless home should be respected and cared for.
- Electricity is included in this rental. Nonetheless, we ask you to turn on air conditioning only when you are in the home and shut it off when you leave, as well as all other electrical appliances, in order to conserve energy. This is a vital request to not only provide your comfort but also to allow us to offer an accessible rental price for such an extraordinary home.
- Secure all doors and windows while you are not in the house.
- NO SMOKING inside the home.
- Do not hang towels on balconies or outside railings (hang towels on laundry area rails).
- Please make sure towels and coolers are returned to the property at the end of each beach or pool day and at the end of your rental.
- Keep food covered inside the fridge and keep kitchen countertops free of food and crumbs to prevent insects from entering the villa.
- We suggest that you clean fruits and vegetables with antibacterial agents. There is a bottle provided, and you can purchase more at any of the local grocery stores if needed.
- No GLASS in patio areas near the pool so that the pool is kept clean and safe.
- Please be mindful of your neighbors when swimming after 10 PM.
- Do not leave garbage anywhere. Remove debris after each time spent in common areas or places where the home is in view of the community.
- Children are not permitted to play on any stairs, balconies, the street, driveways, or rooftops without adult supervision.
- Children are not allowed in the pool without adult supervision.
- Please keep music and voices at a considerate volume.
- PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH TOILET PAPER OR OTHER HYGIENE PRODUCTS DOWN THE TOILET. IT CAN CLOG THE SEPTIC SYSTEM OF THE VILLA OR CONDO AND CAUSE A PLUMBING EMERGENCY.
- Parties are strictly prohibited without explicit permission from the owner or property manager. In the event that a guest is found to have hosted a party resulting in improper cleaning or damage, the security deposit will be forfeited, and the guest will be responsible for covering any incurred damages.
- Please conserve water as much as possible when showering or washing dishes.
- Apple TV is provided for your comfort. The person who checks you in will explain how to use it. Please do not alter APPLE TV connections. If there is an issue with APPLE TV services, please call the property manager or send a WhatsApp message to the villa owner.
- We provide a filtered water dispenser.
- Please try to clean off as much sand as you can from your feet and legs before entering the home.
- We kindly request that you refrain from cooking fish in our home due to the difficulty of eliminating the lingering odor it produces.
- Regarding cooking: The kitchen plumbing is not like other more developed places. Therefore, we ask you, when you are cooking food or washing dishes, to be diligent in preventing any solid debris from going down the drain.
- One last thing, in this area of the world, we use tile and concrete for flooring. With that in mind, sometimes with a beach/plunge pool, etc., the floor can be slippery. Please use caution on tile and concrete floor surfaces.
- Mexico and its people extend a warm invitation to you and yours to enjoy the beauty of our country! Have an unforgettable vacation!
